Horizontal Thermic Fluid Heater

KHODIYAR ENGINEERING the largest manufacturer and supplier of Gas-Fo Fired Thermic Fluid Heater, which is fully automatic vertical or horizontal coil type three-pass wet back gas or oil fired and forced draft system. This plant incorporates an integral combustion chamber put as a nest of concentric helical tube coil made up of high or seamless heat resistant ERW boiler tubes suggested for high temperature usage. The concentric coils are fitted within a shell made up of Mild Steel.

The and concentric coil and wet back jacket allows 03 flues passes so as to ensure low heat release and maximal heat transfer. The design of the system warrants small volume of refractory work on the hinged door to put thermal inertia low.
